The Department" reception and control of mandatory copies " has been conducting the work of The Book Chamber, reception of mandatory copies of printed products and control of their timely receipt since its inception, i.e. since 1937. This is considered one of the main works of The Book Chamber.
The Department" reception and control of mandatory copies " accepts free mandatory copies of various types of printed products issued in the Republic. They are sorted by type of each publication and received for the first state registration.
Received print products St RK 2383-2013 " Edition. Exit details. "On the basis of the standard "" general requirements and rules of registration"", sorting by ordinal numbers, registering each product in the database, warning of mistakes made, strict compliance with Article 15 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ""on mass media"", taking control in accordance with a certain procedure and transferring it to the archive." It also monitors the full and periodic receipt of printed products, their compliance with state standards, and the department issues certificates confirming the year of publication of newspapers and magazines participating in the tender.
Official letters received from state bodies (ministries, prosecutor's offices, courts, etc.) are answered.
After registration in the database, some Republican and regional newspapers are subject to bibliographic processing in the sections "State bibliography" (Kaz. and Russian). At the end of the year, employees of the Department transfer the publications collected during the year to the "publishing Archive" Department. These events are carried out according to the act of holding.
Books and brochures, notes, ISO, card publications, periodicals (except newspapers) and continuing publications after registration in the database are transferred to the "statistics and monitoring of the book market" section.
The Department" acceptance and control of mandatory copies "has been publishing the Chronicle" periodicals and continuing publications " annually since 2001.
The publication contains data on mandatory copies of newspapers and magazines received by the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the year. The issue consists of two parts: "magazines" and "newspapers".
