The Eurasian Research Center of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi addressed the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a proposal for cooperation and partnership.
On the basis of cooperation, the parties intend to exchange experience between applicants and young scientists, provide support in improving the scientific quality of the academic staff, jointly hold various major events (symposiums, seminars, conferences), implement projects and programs of a special orientation among themselves.
During the meeting, Director of the Eurasian Research Institute of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi Vakur Sumerge, Director of the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adil Kazenbaevich presented the main functions of the state institution and told about the projects being implemented.
In turn, the director of this institute demonstrated a number of periodicals, magazines and brochures devoted to research work, told about projects carried out in the development and promotion of regional science.
The Eurasian Research Institute intends to get acquainted with ancient and valuable data from the funds of the Book Chamber, publish materials about the country's margas in international publications, collect bibliographic indexes that contribute to the search for young scientists and citizens interested in the development of science.
In addition, on the eve of the 175th anniversary of Abai this year, the parties agreed to collect all the written material telling about the great thinker in one book.
"The book chamber receives periodicals, scientific collections and mandatory copies of books published anywhere in Kazakhstan. This is a duty established by law. Then all these things are registered and transferred to the archive. Currently, work is underway to digitize the archive, increase the number of publications of the book chronicle and newspaper and magazine chronicle. The fund has mandatory copies with a total of more than 5 million pieces. The first ones date back to 1899, " said Adil Kazenbaevich, Director of the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On behalf of the Turkic community, I want to express my gratitude to the staff of the Book Chamber for their conscientious and responsible work," said Director of the Eurasian Research Center Vakur Sumer.
At the end of the meeting, the guests were presented with a bust of Abai Kunanbayuly, and the parties agreed on cooperation and joint work.
