Today, using the Zoom video link, the chairman of the Committee for Archives and Documentation Management of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuat Burashev held an online meeting with industry specialists, veteran authors to discuss issues in the field of publishing.
The online meeting was attended by Director of the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adil Koytanov, famous poet Nurlan Orazalin, writer Zhakau Daurenbekov, Ashirbek Kopishev, Garifolla Anes, Temirgali Kopbayev and other specialists.

Kuat Kakharmanuly acquainted more than thirty representatives of the publishing house and members of the public with the directions of the committee's work, about the projects being adopted and the work being carried out. In addition, the new chairman of the new committee expressed interest in resolving any issues in the field of publishing within the framework of the law.

The second speaker was the director of the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adil Kazenbaevich, who spoke about the working process of the state program" publication and distribution of socially significant literature", about how the adoption of books in a new format affected the public and about the problems of book publishing in the industry.

Nurlan Orazalin, who headed the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan for many years, shared his thoughts on the relationship between Kazakh literature and the Kazakh publishing business and on the problems that should attach importance to book publishing.

And such Saka publishers as Ashirbek Kopishev, Temirgali Kopbayev, Garifolla Anes touched upon pressing problems in the field of publishing and told the chairman of the committee that there are issues that are not being resolved.

During the meeting, such important proposals as the development of the publishing industry, improving the quality of books, resolving emerging issues on copyright and related rights were discussed.

In his closing speech, Kuat Kharmanovich noted that he supports any positive initiative in this area, contributes to the solution of issues and proposals of industry workers within the framework of the law and called on publishers and writers to work in close cooperation and cooperation.
