In recent years, our country has been actively participating in the Frankfurt International Book Fair. National stands are organized annually, and publishers and literary organizations establish connections with foreign partners. Through participation in this exhibition, various events are held aimed at promoting Kazakh literature and culture on the global stage.

On 23–24 July, the voting stage for the special nominations in the field of book publishing among the CIS countries took place in Minsk as part of the 23rd International The Art of the Book Competition.
During this stage, the publications submitted by the participating countries were thoroughly reviewed by the international jury. A voting procedure was conducted to determine the best works in each nomination category.

The traditional international competition The Art of the Book was held in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, from 22 to 24 July 2026.
During the visit, Mr. Baiuzakov became thoroughly acquainted with the activities of Belarus's publishing and book sector. He also visited the National Library of Belarus and the Belarus Book Chamber, where he learned about their key areas of work, document preservation systems, and scientific and bibliographic activities.

A Memorandum on Cooperation and Collaboration has been signed between the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Republican State Institution under the Committee for Archives, Documentation and Book Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Magzhan Zhumabayev Akmola Regional Universal Scientific Library, a Municipal State Institution.
