Yesterday, under the auspices of the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a collegial meeting was held in an online format with the participation of children's writers – Nurdaulet Akysh , Esbolat Aidabosyn, Leader Sattibayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan Bauyrzhan Zhakyp, Director of the National Academic Library Umitkhan Munalbayeva, literary critic Anar Kabdullina, President of the NBA of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gani Beisembayev, Chairman of the Committee for Archives and Documentation Management Kuat Borash, children's writer Zaure Turekhanova, publisher of Shaizada Baykenova. 

The director of the book chamber said that this year was declared the "Year of Support for Children's and Youth Reading" and briefly spoke about a number of works done so far, noting its goals and specific tasks.
"We are aimed at supporting the reading of books by children and adolescents. To do this, we have organized various events, contests, literary contests in support of children's writers. At the same time, we plan to regularly and traditionally annually carry out implemented and proven effective projects," he said. 

Chairman of the Committee on Archives and Documentation Management of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuat Kaharmanovich expressed readiness to support any proposals on this issue and implement large-scale projects by the end of the year. 
"Within the framework of this year and in the future, we intend to increase the number of titles and circulations of books for children with deep content on various topics. Within the framework of the literary festival" Rukhani Kazyna", special nominations for children's writers will be provided. In addition, the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized the contest "The best work for Children" last year, proving that several new names have appeared from the pen in the field of children's literature over the years of independence and they need to be supported. We are interested in increasing the potential of children's literature in our country by supporting such rational projects," the chairman of the committee said. 

Kuat Kakharmanuly expressed his readiness to listen to the opinion of writers-representatives of Kazakh children's literature and support their proposals. 

Gulzeynep Pazylova, Head of the Department of Museums and Libraries of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, said that the annual work dedicated to children's literature will continue. 

"All the issues raised are relevant. We have systematized the events that will be held this year. All these measures are included in the comprehensive action plan approved by the order of the Minister. The plan consists of 67 points. Among them are children's literature, publishing children's books, raising the status of librarians, opening a children's library in Nur-Sultan, etc
.We include work on reorganizing ways to bring children's works to the reader. Great merit belongs to the National State Book Chamber and the National Academic Library in this work.

The famous children's writer, winner of the contest "The best work for children" Kosemali Sattybayev said: 

"I won't say too much. I want to say that such institutions as the book Chamber need to be supported by expanding the scale by financing the projects that they carry out. As part of the contest "The best work for Children", held by this institution last year, we saw and were convinced that writers, including young ones, have formed names, their activity has manifested itself." 

In his speech, Kosemali Sattybayuly noted that it is necessary to provide large funds and organize a large number of various events to support the Kazakh children's literature. 

And the deputy chairman of the Board of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, poet Bauyrzhan Zhakyp noted that a lot of work has been done within the framework of the" Year of Support for Children's and Youth Reading", and a number of projects are still ahead. 

"The Writers' Union has a section of children's literature. We have such brothers as Nurdaulet Akysh, Baibota Koshym-Nogai. As you know, all sympathizers of this industry need to form literature at the level of Berdibek Sokpakbayev. Book publishing and publishing of books for children is being activated. We ourselves are witnesses of this event, which we are holding together with the Book Chamber, " he said. 

In addition, such citizens as Esbolat Aidabosyn, Anar Karabalina, Bauyrzhan Gubaidullin, Gani Beisembayev expressed their opinions and suggestions on this issue. 

The head of the Y. Altynsarin Academy of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gani Bektayevich, strengthened the partnership between the two ministries, as a result of which the Ministry of Culture and Sports raised the issue of delivering works for children to school libraries and suggested moving on to a specific case. 

"We express our sincere gratitude to the Book Chamber, which organizes this meeting. Today we all say that we are working in this field. The fate of children is the fate of the future. Our task is to make the future high-quality. The issue that we are raising is just the beginning of a lot of work, " said Umitkhan Munalbayeva, director of the National Academic Library. 

The results of the meeting were summed up by the famous children's writer Nurdaulet Akysh. He thanked all the fans of children's literature. 

"Every citizen who took part in today's meeting on children's literature deserves praise outside of the status. The work of the book chamber in this regard is of great importance, huge weight. This year, after raising the issue of children's literature, we are very grateful to two institutions-the National State Book Chamber and the National Academic Library, which actively responded to this event. Last year, we visited the competition commission for the verification of manuscripts, organized by the Book Chamber, where we saw the activity and aspiration of children's writers. In the same baiga, Adil Kazenbaevich reviewed finances and awarded poets and writers in nine categories. For those who realized that this is a great support. 

Some young people want to start Kazakh children's literature with themselves. After all, I haven't read it, I don't know the past. Only in the past I was in the Writers ' Union. Then the following problem arose in the conversation: writers in Kazakh children's literature are meek people. Among them are Sultan Kaliyev, Orazbai Baibakov, Ermek Utetleuov and many others. These people didn't talk much, didn't come out of the crowd. And what they wrote is a miracle. It is a shame to deny the names left by such an abundant legacy. 

Special attention should be paid to the issues of spiritual continuity, the continuity of generations. Now the ranks of children's writers attract about 80 people. There is an aspiration. One drawback of subsequent generations: does not speak a literary and artistic language, does not conduct a comprehensive study of the subject. There is a repetition of previously written topics. Therefore, it is very important to select talents among young people who come to literature, " the writer said. 

Chairman of the Committee on Archives and Documentation Management of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuat Borash noted that all proposals have been registered and, as necessary, the implementation of the relevant proposals will be considered.
